October 1999 Chef/Proprietor Chris Hyde won an exclusive competition organised by Van Den Burgh foodservices Great Britain
The first prize won was to meet celebrity Chef Paul Rankin for a weekend in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Chris was accommodated at the luxury five star Culloden Hotel, Belfast whilst spending time with Paul and his family. Since his return Chris was asked to cook "Christmas Day Lunch" for Teddy Sherringham of Manchester United Football Club at his apartment in Bowdon.
