Delightful listed period thatched and timber framed cottage near the centre of a Conservation Village in a quiet no-through lane, amidst lovely walking country, close to the River Avon and only 4 miles from Stratford-on-Avon.



Restored by its owner, an architect, the cottage boasts a wealth of exposed beams and timber framing, inglenook and period features and is furnished tastefully with antique and modern furniture.



The Cottage has a pretty garden with lawn, trees, shrubs and plants incorporating a patio/outside eating area with french doors from the kitchen.



The Conservation Village offers 2 pubs/restaurants, post office, general stores and butchers shop.
